Meet the team

Deborah
Deborah Bennett
Deborah is one of RBM’s Senior Block Managers, responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential developments across the Northwest. She manages all aspects of block management, including financial planning, compliance, major works, contractor management, fire safety, and client liaison, ensuring that developments are managed efficiently and in accordance with legislative requirements.

Deborah has extensive experience within the sector, having previously managed a range of mid- to high-rise developments and complex schemes. She brings a strong focus on organisation, communication, and transparency, working closely with Directors and leaseholders to ensure clear reporting and proactive management.

Her hands on approach and attention to detail enable her to effectively manage both day-to-day matters and long-term projects, providing residents and clients with confidence in the management of their buildings.
David
David Highland-Partington
David is one of RBM’s Senior Block Managers, bringing considerable experience and leadership to the company’s operations. He plays a key role in overseeing portfolio performance, supporting complex casework, and providing strategic input across a range of developments.

With a strong background in property management, David has developed in-depth knowledge of operational processes, compliance requirements, and client management. His experience enables him to provide practical solutions and clear guidance, particularly in more technical or sensitive matters.

David’s approachable manner and commitment to delivering a high standard of service make him a trusted point of contact for Directors, leaseholders, and contractors alike, as well as a valued mentor within the wider team.
Ell
Ell Hall
Ell is our Block Management Accounts Administrator and plays a key role within the accounts function. She is currently working towards her Level 3 qualification in Leasehold Management and is committed to further developing her career within the property management sector.

Within the accounts department, Ell is responsible for a wide range of service charge processes, including the preparation of year-end accounts, management of the arrears collection process, production of annual budgets, maintenance of service charge accounts, and the issuing of invoices.

Her attention to detail, organised approach, and commitment to accuracy ensure that financial operations are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard, providing valuable support to both colleagues and clients.
Charlie
Charlie Morris
Charlie is a valued member of the Block Management team, supporting the day-to-day operations across the portfolio. He assists with a wide range of responsibilities, including coordinating maintenance works, liaising with contractors and residents, and helping to ensure that service delivery remains efficient and responsive.

Charlie plays a key role in maintaining effective communication across sites, supporting both routine enquiries and ongoing management tasks. His proactive approach and willingness to assist across all areas of the service help ensure that issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Charlie has successfully completed his TPI Level 2 qualification, further strengthening his knowledge and contribution to the team.

With a strong focus on reliability and teamwork, Charlie contributes positively to the smooth running of developments and provides consistent support to both colleagues and clients.
Jeanette
Jeanette Thompson
Jeanette brings a wealth of hands-on experience, having worked closely with a leading local block management company over many years. She has developed extensive knowledge of day-to-day operations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices within residential block management.

Her practical experience enables her to offer valuable insight and dependable guidance across a wide range of management matters, ensuring that both routine and more complex issues are handled effectively.

Jeanette’s long-established industry relationships, combined with her thorough understanding of property management processes, make her a trusted and reliable point of contact for both leaseholders and contractors alike.
Rhiannon
Rhiannon Hoyle
Rhiannon is our dedicated Block Management Administrator and plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the portfolio. She manages routine maintenance matters, coordinates communications with residents and contractors, responds to general enquiries, and ensures that essential compliance and maintenance tasks are tracked and completed efficiently.

In addition, Rhiannon oversees all aspects of service charge invoicing, helping to maintain accuracy and consistency across our financial processes. She is currently studying towards her TPI Level 2 qualification, further developing her expertise within the sector.

Prior to joining the industry, Rhiannon worked as a secondary school teacher and has held customer service roles since 2020. She brings a strong skillset in organisation, communication, and problem-solving, which she has successfully transferred into block management. Her structured approach and approachable manner make her a valued support to both clients and the wider team.
Susan
Susan Murphy
Susan Murphy is a valued member of the Regency Block Management team, providing essential administrative and financial support across our portfolio of residential developments. Working closely with Block Managers, directors, residents, contractors, and suppliers, Susan helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the developments we manage.

With a strong focus on organisation, accuracy, and customer service, Susan assists with resident enquiries, service charge administration, supplier invoicing, insurance matters, and company administration. She plays a key role in maintaining financial records, supporting payment processes, and helping to ensure that client and resident queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.

Susan is approachable, reliable, and highly detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Whether coordinating communications, assisting with financial administration, or supporting the wider Block Management team, she is committed to delivering a high standard of service and helping to provide the best possible experience for our clients, directors, and residents.

Her dedication and behind-the-scenes support contribute significantly to the efficient management of the developments under our care.
Nick
Nick Holt
Nick graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Management and Marketing at Newcastle University in 2012.

Working in the family business from an early age he soon realised that his interpersonal skills and his love of property meant he was destined to join Regency on a permanent basis.

He soon became fully qualified in MARLA and MNAEA. Prepared to answer his phone at all hours Nick is out of the office much of the time and is the person to call for advice.
Nigel
Nigel Holt
Nigel leads the business with over 30 years’ experience within the property and block management sector. He is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of RBM, ensuring that the company continues to deliver a professional, transparent, and high-quality service to its clients.

With a strong background in property development, Nigel brings extensive knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practice. He works closely with the management team to support both operational delivery and long-term planning across the portfolio.

Nigel’s leadership and commitment to service excellence ensure that clients and developments benefit from a consistent, reliable, and forward-thinking approach to block management.
