Meet the team

Zoe
Zoe Richardson
Zoe joined the company in 2010 and she has since progressed to that of the Office Manager. Being office based she would be the first port of call for any accounting queries but is highly experienced in all aspects of the business. Able to cope with the fast pace of the business with her excellent administration skills she adds a wealth of experience. Zoe has an NVQ in Business Administration level 3.
Jane
Jane Allmark
Jane has been in Property Management for several years, and has worked with some of the national property management companies. Jane deals with the day to day side of block management, which includes managing repairs, compliance, contractor management and completes site inspections. Jane has her MIRPM accreditation and continues to develop her knowledge in the property sector.
Ell Hall
Ell Hall
Ell started her career with us in block management in April 2024 as a block management administrator. Ell joined us being new to the property industry and completed the TPI leaseholder management level 2 qualification in 2025. She is currently working towards her level 3 qualification and is looking forward to continue developing her career in property management.
Charlie
Charlie Morris
Charlie is a Property Inspection Coordinator with a strong background in customer service and a growing passion for block management. Charlie coordinates maintenance requests, deals with leaseholder and site problems and completes property inspections. Charlie provides a positive experience for property owners while learning and growing within the field. He is also working to complete the TPI level 2 training.
Rhiannon Hoyle
Rhiannon Hoyle
Rhiannon is our Block Management Administrator, dealing with day-to-day maintenance, sending communications, answering general queries, keeping on top of maintenance and compliance tasks, and also deals with all aspects of service charge invoicing. Rhiannon was previously a secondary school teacher and has worked in customer service since 2020, she has transferred valuable skills from these roles to support and organise our Block Management Team.
Sam Riley
Sam Riley
Sam is our Block Admin Management Assistant. She deals with reactive jobs across our portfolio, logging these from when they are first received and managing them through to completion. Sam also assists with insurance making sure the policies are in place and any claims as well as assisting with managing the compliance across the developments from fire alarm servicing through to fire risk assessment management.
Jeanette
Jeanette Thompson
Jeanne brings many years of hands-on experience working closely with a leading local block management company. With extensive knowledge of day-to-day operations, compliance requirements and best practices in residential block management. She will be able to provide invaluable insight and dependable guidance. Their long-standing industry relationships and deep understanding of property management processes make them a trusted point of contact for leaseholders and contractors
